Encima is a 6,600 sq ft, two-story, designed to LEED standards. The upper level's glass-walled living areas and master suite open to uninterrupted views found nowhere else in the Valley. Below, an elevator connects three additional bedrooms, a gym, and a home theater. Outside, an infinity pool, entertainment terrace, and Zen garden complete the grounds.
